Qualification : Experience in staffing agencies or large-scale corporate bulk hiring of around 50-60 in a month Immediate joiners preferred Job Description / Responsibilities : 15 years of experience in bulk or mass hiring Proven ability to close high-volume positions between 50-60 per month Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication and coordination skills Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure Desired profile of the candidate : Proven experience in bulk / volume hiring with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) , social media sourcing, and databases Ability to close high-volume positions within defined timelines Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Highly target-driven , self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong screening and interview skills with attention to quality hiring Ability to maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports accurately Good follow-up and negotiation skills Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred Experience in staffing agencies or large-scale hiring will be an added advantage
