Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and Tamil, or Hindi and English with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily operations and staff activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on-site.
• Communicate effectively with team members in Hindi and Tamil.
• Prepare basic reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Handle minor conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support in training new team members

Requirements:

• 10th or Higher Secondary or Graduate
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience (Freshers welcome).
• Must be fluent in Hindi and Tamil or English and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
