Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance. Develop and implement effective training programs to improve technical skills of team members. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance on repair and maintenance procedures for various types of vehicles. Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years' experience in production management or supervision role. Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, including diagnosis and repair techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, time management, problem-solving skills. Ability to handle manpower effectively, motivating teams towards achieving goals.
