Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize algorithmic trading strategies across multiple asset classes. Backtest strategies using historical and real-time market data. Deploy and monitor strategies on live markets using company capital. Collaborate with our team for robust strategy execution. Continuously refine models for alpha generation and drawdown control. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks. Minimum Requirements Strong market knowledge—equity, derivatives and currency. Proficient in Python or any quant-friendly language (R, C++, Pine Script, etc.). Prior experience in developing or deploying trading algorithms. Understanding of data structures, APIs, and performance metrics. Discipline in risk management and drawdown control. Preferred: Strategies with existing P&L or sharpe/risk metrics. Experience with algo platforms (Zerodha Kite, Interactive Brokers, etc.). Use of machine learning, statistical arbitrage, or HFT models. GitHub portfolio or track record in live algo environments.
