Role & responsibilities Allocation of Manpower required for the respective production process To Conduct of meeting with operators during shift starting. Take over the charge from previous shift, incase of any deviations, to be corrected with previous shift officer. To run the production as per production plan. To monitor and record the production in production records. To monitor the waste generation at production process. To identify and communicate the deviations to the respective interface functions (MM, EM, HR, as applicable) Monitoring workers work practice continuously. Receipt of Non-conformity from QA & take necessary CAPA Maintain department Environmental in terms of RH To follow KHO/TQM activities Preferred candidate profile Textile Spinning Mill
