The ideal candidate will independently manage GeM Portal operations, Government & E-procurement tenders, and BOQ formation without requiring pre-training. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with proven tender management skills and the ability to drive business opportunities through government procurement channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Government & GeM tender processes, from identifying opportunities to bid submission. Independently handle GeM Portal operations, including product catalog management, bid submissions (Normal, Bunch, Custom, Reverse), and query resolution. Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive and compliant tender proposals in stipulated formats and timelines. Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for authorizations, pricing, and technical documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and procurement authorities. Collaborate with internal teams for BOQ preparation, pricing strategies, and proposal development. Track and report tender progress, MIS documentation, and post-bid clarifications. Stay updated on procurement policies, compliance requirements, and tender regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Government Tenders / GeM Portal Management (mandatory). Must have hands-on experience with GeM portal – no pre-training will be provided. Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, online and offline tender submissions. Proficiency in MS Excel, Email drafting, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
