Job Description: As an Olympiad Exam Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of Olympiad exams across various schools and examination centers. You will serve as the key liaison between the Academy and the participating institutions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and maintaining exam integrity. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with schools, principals, and examination centers to schedule Olympiad exams. Travel to assigned locations to oversee exam arrangements and ensure smooth conduct. Distribute and collect exam materials, attendance sheets, and answer scripts. Train and guide invigilators or local staff as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation of each exam conducted. Address and resolve any logistical or administrative issues during exam sessions. Provide regular reports and feedback to the central office. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively to schools and centers across Chennai locations. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry).
