Possesses excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Known for maintaining professionalism, achieving daily call targets, and converting potential leads into active customers. Key Skills: Excellent Communication & Listening Skills Telecalling & Cold Calling Lead Generation & Follow-ups CRM Tools (Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.) Objection Handling & Relationship Building Product Knowledge & Customer Needs Assessment Call Documentation & Reporting Fluency in English, Hindi, and Regional Languages. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads. Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively. Answer customer queries effectively and resolve basic issues. Follow up on previous conversations and nurture leads. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Collaborate with the sales or support team for further processing of hot leads. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
