Prepare sales orders for DOMESTIC/LOCAL Clients IN EMR software, maintaining order status, following up with the production planning department regarding order & timely delivery to client Prepare in excel client wise packing lists/details Prepare IGI submission lists & follow upAssist packing department in Dispatches Preparation of final invoice for shipment & post shipment information to clients Making cost sheet/packing list/detailed cost breakdowns as per requirement Send picture presentation proposals to clients Product costing as per client requirement & regular follow up Sample line preparation for various shows Resolve day to day queries & requirements of clients Day to day co-ordination with clients on email / phone
