Role & responsibilities: hr@sunriseconstruction.org 1. Billing & Planning Engineer : Preparation of Client Bills Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills to the client as per contract terms. Subcontractor Billing Verify and certify subcontractor bills based on site measurements and agreements. Measurement Recording Take and verify site measurements (joint measurement sheets with client/contractor). Reconciliation Track and reconcile quantities of materials and work executed. Documentation Maintain all billing records, supporting documents, and approval notes. Compliance Ensure bills are as per contract clauses, drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. 2. Quality Control & Inspection: hr@sunriseconstruction.org Conduct inspection of incoming materials, verifying compliance with specifications, IS codes, and approved vendor lists. Inspect ongoing site work to ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards. Carry out pre-concreting, post-concreting, and finishing stage inspections. Maintain inspection test plans (ITP) and conduct joint inspections with the clients QC team. Verify reinforcement, shuttering, concrete grades, and curing methods before approval 3. Safety Compliance & Implementation ; hr@sunriseconstruction.org Ensure strict compliance with Tata Projects’ Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy at the site. Monitor daily site activities to verify adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and client specifications. Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel on site. Verify that all machinery, tools, and equipment are in safe working condition before use. Implement safe work permit systems for high-risk activities (hot work, working at height, confined space, lifting operations, etc.) 4. Site HR Statutory Compliance; hr@sunriseconstruction.org Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws ( Minimum Wages Act, etc.). Coordinate with contractors to ensure they submit statutory documents such as PF, labour licenses, and wage registers. Maintain all compliance registers and statutory records at the site. Liaise with labour authorities and government agencies during inspections.
