Job Title: Manager – Accounts & Finance Location: Por , Vadodara Experience Required: 3++ years in Accounting & Finance Salary Range: ₹20000 PM – ₹30000 PM (commensurate with experience) Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns , TDS, and other statutory compliances. Handle GST audits, input/output reconciliation , and coordination with tax consultants. Monitor and analyze daily revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability trends. Oversee creditor and debtor accounts , payment cycles, and fund flow management. Prepare and review cash flow statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets periodically. Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts and finance team. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review. Manage office administration for Mumbai and Gujarat offices. Liaise professionally with foreign shipping lines, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Postgraduate preferred). Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in accounting and finance . Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliance, and accounting standards. Proven experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and team leadership. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel. Willingness to travel to company depots as required. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
