Location: Rajkot Experience: 1–3 Years We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, project execution, user training, and go-live support across multiple business domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful ERP delivery aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis Conduct workshops with clients to understand business processes and pain points Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) Map business requirements to Odoo standard features and identify gaps Solution Design & Implementation Configure Odoo modules as per business needs (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) Define functional workflows, approval matrices, and business rules Coordinate with technical teams for customisation and integrations Validate solutions through functional testing and UAT support Project Execution & Coordination Participate in project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking Ensure scope, quality, and delivery timelines are met Handle change requests and provide impact analysis Act as the functional point of contact during project execution Training & Go-Live Support Conduct end-user training (functional and process-oriented) Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation Support data migration validation and cut-over activities Provide post-go-live support and stabilisation What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse ERP implementation projects Client-facing ownership and leadership opportunities Growth-oriented environment with learning exposure Competitive compensation based on experience
