We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Head to lead the finance and accounting functions for Sunkind Strucmax , the manufacturing arm of Sunkind Group specializing in solar module mounting structures. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the solar or heavy fabrication/manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all accounting, taxation, and financial reporting activities. Ensure timely preparation of MIS, balance sheets, and P&L statements. Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and plant-level expense control. Oversee statutory audits, GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements. Coordinate with management for budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial strategy. Supervise vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation processes. Implement and strengthen internal financial controls across operations. Requirements: CA / CMA / M.Com with 8+ years of experience (minimum 3 years in solar / steel fabrication / EPC industry). Strong understanding of manufacturing accounts, costing, and indirect taxation . Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems . Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small finance team independently.
