Plan and manage cultivation of vegetable crops (seasonal and year-round). Monitor soil health and recommend appropriate fertilizers and nutrients. Implement best practices for irrigation, fertigation, and water management. Identify and manage pests, diseases, and weeds using integrated pest management (IPM). Supervise field operations including sowing, transplanting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. Train and guide farmers or field staff on modern vegetable farming techniques.
