Third class operations team. No material on time. Operations Head is the worst man I have ever seen. Never responds to calls. Never fulfills commitments. Sungard Elevators Service is extremely poor. Don't purchase

Very bad experience working one day shutdown two days . System of the lift not working properly. And sunday is holiday for service. if lift don't work on saturday then the say sunday is holiday for them . So they can't do anything before monday. These are the excuse they give. So never trust .

My it park at navale bridge , Navale Icon IT commercial n am using three lift from last 4 years ,lift is working very smoothly and service team is very strong and prompt response . Very Happy With SUNGARD ELEVATORS .

Very bad experience. Staff comes and go without resolving the problem permanantly. We have been suffering for the last 8 months. Engineer's competance doubtful.They promise to resolve problem Everytime but do not respect their own words.

We have SunGard Elavators Lift installed in our building in Rahatani Pune, its been 3 years now but not a single time we received a service delay from the SunGard team , very appreciable and prompt service .👍👍 …

Do not go with this company, lift is not working properly. Break down services not on time. Managers, directors not attended calls, office staff also not desponding.
