We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to handle field sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales in the assigned area Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Appoint, manage, and support distributors/dealers Maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance Candidate Profile Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales Own two-wheeler (bike mandatory) with valid driving license Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness to travel extensively Education Graduate in any discipline MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred Incentives + Travel Allowance
