As an Assessing Specialist for the National Home Claims Assessing team at Suncorp Group, you play a crucial role in delivering a Best in Class Claims experience for the internal claims team, business partners, and customers. Your background in Trade, Assessing, and Leadership enables you to provide coaching, technical support, and facilitation to support the team's goals effectively. You will contribute to the continuous development and uplift of capabilities across Assessing and Supply Chain. Your responsibilities include delivering professional service when interacting with internal and external Assessors, Building Coordinators, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders. Providing relevant technical advice, developing training programs, and ensuring national consistency in business practices are key aspects of your role.
