Job Summary The E-commerce & Modern Trade Manager is responsible for managing online marketplaces and organized retail chains to drive sales growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction for kitchenware products. The role involves coordination with platforms, distributors, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations Manage online sales on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto , or company website Upload and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications Monitor stock availability, order processing, and timely dispatch Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth fulfillment Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns in coordination with customer support Modern Trade Operations Manage key modern trade accounts such as Reliance Retail, D-Mart, Metro Cash & Carry, Spar, More, Big Bazaar , etc. Coordinate with distributors and retail partners for product placement and availability Plan and execute in-store promotions, schemes, and displays Ensure timely billing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts Monitor secondary sales and inventory levels at store level Sales & Growth Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for E-commerce and Modern Trade channels Plan promotional campaigns, festive offers, and discounts Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity Suggest new product launches and pricing strategies based on market demand Coordination & Reporting Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and production teams Prepare regular MIS reports on sales, stock, returns, and profitability Ensure compliance with company policies and platform guidelines Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms & Modern Trade operations Knowledge of kitchenware products (cookware, utensils, appliances, etc.) Good communication and negotiation skills Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, MIS) Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Qualifications Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred 10 years of experience in E-commerce & Modern Trade , preferably in FMCG / Kitchenware / Consumer Durables Preferred Experience Experience in handling both online marketplaces and organized retail chains Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and supply chain coordination What We Offer: A role in a high-growth, purpose-driven organization Ownership and autonomy to lead a national vertical Salary - No bar for right candidate / Best in the Cookware or Kitchenware Industry.
