Salary: Rs. 4,80,000 - Rs. 6,00,000 per annum (depending on experience) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Position Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect to lead and execute architectural projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, aesthetic vision, and practical understanding of construction processes. This role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional, innovative, and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee architectural design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for a range of residential apartments, villas and commercial projects. Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal guidelines. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Review project progress and manage design changes during the construction phase. Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into revised plans. Skills and Competencies Strong conceptual and creative design ability with attention to detail. Proficient in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software. Understanding of site contours and levels. Excellent visualisation, technical drawing, and drafting skills. Effective communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
