Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting in new product development, approval flow, and life cycle management, as well as planning and strategy for ICIB in mid-term and long-term business growth. Your role will involve interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with various teams, and handling daily deliverables related to new products and business planning. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily deliverables of new products, business planning, and strategy. - Arrange and conduct internal and external meetings with potential partners from ideation to project closure. - Stay updated with RBI and other regulatory circulars and interpret them in the context of the banking system. - Work efficiently to deliver assignments with speed and quality. - Support team members in managing planning, strategy, and internal policies. - Create high-quality presentations (PPTs) for senior management on various strategic topics. - Contribute to the conceptualization of new banking products aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities. - Prepare product notes, strategic papers, and business plan documents. - Assist in formulating mid-term and long-term business strategies and implementation roadmaps. - Draft concept papers based on guidance, research notes, and internal discussions related to products. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of work experience in Product Management in a bank or consultancy function. - Proficiency in drafting professional documents and PowerPoint skills; consultancy background is preferred. - Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite. - Strong time management skills.,
