Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Java Full Stack Trainer based in Warangal. The Java Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, focusing on Java programming, front-end and back-end development, and related technologies. Duties will involve designing and preparing course materials, conducting workshops, providing hands-on coding sessions, assessing students' progress, mentoring them on projects, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure a practical, industry-relevant curriculum. The trainer will play a key role in equipping students with skills needed to excel in the tech industry while fostering a passion for learning and innovation. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Java programming, and related frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate Proficiency in front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React Experience in back-end development, RESTful APIs, and database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for sharing knowledge Ability to create and deliver structured training content aligned with industry requirements Previous experience as a trainer or educator in the field of software development is advantageous Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
