Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems in a timely manner Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards Experience in sustainable design and construction practices is a plus Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
