Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries. Provide detailed information about fitness science courses, certification programs, and admission processes. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address student queries. Record and update student information in the CRM system accurately. Follow up with leads to support the admission process and maintain consistent communication. Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions as needed. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Requirements: Minimum HSC (12th pass); a graduate degree is preferred. 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Marathi/Hindi). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software. Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and efficient Admin cum Front Desk Executive to manage our front office and provide vital administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients and is instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Handle front office activities including maintaining the reception area. Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor records. Administrative Support: Manage and organize office files, records, and documents. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth administrative operations. Maintain inventory and stock of office supplies; place orders as required. Handle courier, mail distribution, and dispatch coordination. Support HR/admin tasks like employee onboarding formalities, ID cards, attendance monitoring, etc. General Office Coordination: Assist in organizing internal meetings and office events. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and general office areas. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 0-2 years of relevant experience in front desk and administrative roles. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
