Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about coffee with a desire to improve and learn new techniques. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure. Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends.
