Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive at SUJAY HOSPITAL. Based in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage daily operational activities, streamline processes, ensure efficient resource allocation, and support effective communication within teams and departments. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the hospital's operations. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient processes across departments. Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and improving workflow efficiency. Adaptability, attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
