Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive sales targets while mentoring and motivating the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Oversee property sales from lead generation to closing the deal. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Conduct site visits, presentations, and customer meetings. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries and complaints. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and materials. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in real estate. Strong understanding of property sales, legal documentation, and RERA guidelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
