Would have given negative rating, if it was there. Very bad experience. The customer service provided by the staff in particular Mr sejwal, is also very bad.

I had tiramisu it was stale the cookie was filled with raspberry syrup which is not tiramisu. Stop cheating people with these cheap tactics. Serve worst tiramisu and charged so much for that. Please learn how to make tiramisu. I would never come and recommend anybody. Please warn please don't have anything form there. Worst food items.

Yesterday I bought two opera cakes from sugar and spice gallaria market one of them is totally stale and its smelling like some medicine or preservatives in that totally wastage of money.

Always packed with buyes mostly young crowd...staff attitude n attention is pathetic as they don't care ..footfall is much... Variety is large in whole Galleria Market...rest taste is ok ok...don't expect much

Staff need to undergo some serious customer service training on etiquette, guiding people about the assortment and basic courtesy and timeliness during billing ..surprised its still managing to run. Never again

Overpriced and sell stale items.. worst macrons I have ever had🤢... Never gonna buy or recommend anyone ever again... Wish could have minus rating . Don't make fool of urself just go for other brands seriously …
