We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembly & Soldering Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will handle PCB soldering, component assembly, and testing to ensure reliable product quality and timely production output. Key Responsibilities: Perform through-hole and SMD soldering of components on printed circuit boards. Assemble PCBs according to technical drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. Inspect solder joints and ensure compliance with quality standards (IPC norms). Handle rework and repair of defective PCBs. Operate basic tools such as soldering irons, hot air stations, and multimeters. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workbench and production area. Work closely with the production supervisor to meet daily assembly targets. Follow ESD and safety regulations in the workplace. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related field preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering. Good knowledge of identifying electronic components. Ability to read circuit diagrams and assembly drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience with surface mount soldering (manual or reflow). Knowledge of testing procedures and use of basic measuring instruments. Compensation: Based on experience and skill level. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, [9.30am to 6.30pm].
