Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential customers in assigned territories (USA & Europe). Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and other methods. Qualify leads through initial inquiries to assess their needs and suitability. Sales & Order Management: Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting product offerings and negotiating deals. Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotes for customers. Process and manage international sales orders, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with international customers through clear communication and prompt response to inquiries. Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies. Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, features, and benefits. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulations in USA & European construction industries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the construction industry/Scaffoldings . Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
