Sudathi Fashion is a fast-growing e-commerce brand, managing high-volume Shopify operations. We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead the exploration, implementation, and optimization of third-party tools to enhance our Shopify operations.Key Responsibilities:Tool Research & Evaluation: Identify and explore third-party tools that can optimize Shopify operations, including logistics, payments, marketing, and automation.Vendor Communication & Negotiation: Initiate discussions with service providers, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize deals in the companys best interest.Implementation & Integration: Oversee the onboarding and integration of third-party tools with Shopify and other business systems.Testing & Optimization: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the tool works seamlessly, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.Issue Resolution & Support: Act as a bridge between the internal team and third-party vendors, ensuring all tool-related queries are resolved efficiently.Technical Proficiency: Have a strong understanding of Shopifys technical ecosystem, APIs, and automation capabilities.Process Improvement: Continuously assess tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a Shopify-based e-commerce business.Strong knowledge of Shopify, third-party integrations, and automation tools like Shopify, ClickPost, GoKwik, ,Whatsapp Tools, etc.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple tool integrations and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate tool effectiveness.Technical background with an understanding of Shopify APIs, automation, and workflow tools is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or payment gateway integrations.Familiarity with Shopify Plus and its advanced functionalities.Previous experience working with automation tools and project management software.Why Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing e-commerce brand.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Shopify tools and technologies.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Collaborative and innovative work environment.
