You will work closely with leadership to build a high-performing, motivated, and process-driven team across departments and locations. Core Responsibilities Human Resource Management Lead end-to-end recruitment based on department-specific needs, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook Track and monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave balances Maintain employee records and update digital HR database regularly Drive employee performance management through KRA tracking and review cycles Manage payroll coordination and salary slips in coordination with finance Create HR dashboards and reports for management using Excel/PPT Employee Engagement & Culture Building Plan and execute office activities, festivals, internal recognitions, and celebrations Ensure smooth communication between teams and create a collaborative work environment Organize wellness, learning, and productivity workshops for staff Act as a support system for employee queries and grievances Administrative Oversight Oversee travel planning, stay bookings, and logistics for field teams and leadership Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office admin, procurement, maintenance, and vendor coordination Maintain compliance documentation (PF/ESIC/Professional Tax/Gratuity) as per labor norms Implement and supervise digital tools for HRMS, leave management, or productivity tracking Additional Responsibilities (Strategic & Technical HR) Onboarding & Orientation: Conduct structured induction programs, sharing company policies, reporting structures, communication protocols, and tool training Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews, feedback analysis, full & final settlements, and relieve formalities Learning & Development: Identify team skill gaps and organize training/upskilling workshops using both internal and external resources HR Analytics: Prepare insights around attrition, performance, cost-per-hire, absenteeism, etc., to support strategic decision-making HR Tech Exposure: Leverage tools like Keka, Zoho People, or AI-enabled platforms for recruitment, attendance, and appraisal tracking Process Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and propose process improvements to drive team efficiency Performance & Productivity Culture: Ensure KRA-based reviews, quarterly feedback, and cross-functional productivity improvement programs Conflict Resolution & Policy Enforcement: Handle workplace disputes or concerns professionally and ensure compliance with internal guidelines Why Join Sudarshan Techno Solution?
