Subway Restaurant

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant during their shift. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in various areas such as product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, and team coordination. Additionally, the Shift Manager is expected to promote Guest Engagement activities like Ice cream Juggling, Singing, Dancing to enhance the overall guest experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The Shift Manager will be required to work various shifts including day, evening, morning, night, rotational, and weekends. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and proficiency in English. The work location for this position is in person.,
