About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Next.js + React Specialist with deep experience in building modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of frontend architecture, server-side rendering (SSR), API integration, and optimization best practices. Youll play a key role in designing scalable, maintainable, and intuitive user interfaces for our next-generation web platform. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable React and Next.js applications with clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Implement SSR (Server Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) to optimize performance and SEO. Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs into frontend components. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to responsive design standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best coding practices. Implement CI/CD workflows for deployment and testing using tools like Vercel, AWS, or GitHub Actions. Required Skills Expertise in: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+). Strong understanding of: HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS / Styled Components. Experience with SSR, SSG, and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) in Next.js. Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API). Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and authentication flows. Familiarity with Node.js and basic backend development. Hands-on with performance optimization, caching strategies, and Lighthouse audits. Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good to Have Experience with React Server Components and App Router (Next.js 13/14). Familiarity with headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi, Contentful). Exposure to cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, GCP, or Azure). Understanding of frontend security best practices. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
