We are seeking a dynamic and application-driven engineer with a strong technical acumen and a love for hands-on fieldwork. This role involves extensive travel (approximately 20 days per month) across East and North-East India, engaging with clients, conducting technical demonstrations, and providing both pre-sales and post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field Operations & Technical Support: Conduct field demonstrations, technical training, and surveys to showcase product functionality. Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support both online and on-site. Perform technical inspections, compliance checks, troubleshooting, and repairs when not traveling. 2. Client Interaction & Solutions: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and application needs. Recommend appropriate solutions from our portfolio to address client requirements. 3. Presentations & Training: Conduct technical sessions, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for clients and stakeholders. Train client teams both online and through on-site visits to maximize product utilization. 4. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key authorities and decision-makers in relevant departments. 5. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain Daily Duty Reports for transparency and progress tracking. Provide timely feedback to internal teams regarding client needs, concerns, and improvement suggestions. 6. Miscellaneous Duties: Perform additional or alternative tasks as required to support business objectives. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
