As a Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) specializing in Node.js and React.js, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable applications while leading a team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain efficient full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js. - Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment workflows. - Oversee GIT repositories, branching strategies, and code reviews to maintain best practices. - Lead and mentor developers, offering technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security adhere to standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. - Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI. - Solid understanding of GIT workflows and version control systems. - Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,
