Industry: E-commerce / Fashion Retail Reports To: Head of Sourcing Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize the procurement of footwear and fashion accessories for our mass-market e-commerce platform in India and GCC. This role is pivotal in building a cost-effective, scalable, and trend-aligned supply base that delivers quality products at speed and value. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working with Indian and regional vendors, understand the nuances of fast-moving e-commerce demands, and be agile in handling vendor development, pricing, and category growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mass-market footwear and fashion accessories (bags, belts, socks, etc.) tailored to Indian e-commerce customers. Identify, onboard, and manage a vendor base across India and South Asia (especially in regions like Delhi, Noida, Agra, Kanpur, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, etc.). Lead cost negotiations, margin planning, and supplier terms to meet business targets. Collaborate closely with category, design, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align sourcing with trends, demand forecasts, and go-to-market calendars. Ensure timely sample development and approvals in line with brand specifications and TAT. Drive product development by working closely with vendors on innovation, trend alignment, and value engineering. Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards, ethical sourcing, and delivery SLAs. Monitor market dynamics including raw material pricing, competitor sourcing trends, and regional manufacturing capabilities. Use data-driven insights to track supplier performance, costing, and sell-through results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology – specialization in Footwear and accessories. 8-12 years of relevant experience in sourcing for footwear and fashion accessories, preferably in e-commerce or large retail. Strong vendor network in India and knowledge of regional manufacturing hubs. Deep understanding of Indian mass-market customer preferences, pricing sensitivity, and seasonal cycles. Ability to manage multiple product categories, vendors, and timelines simultaneously. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/PLM tools. Willingness to travel domestically to factories and vendor hubs as required. Preferred Experience: Experience working with or for major e-commerce platforms Familiarity with private label development and fast fashion cycles.

Job Description: Job Summary: Established in 2019 by Landmark Group, Styli is the GCC e-commerce getaway for a trendy fashion. Scaling fast and offering over 40,000 styles for men, women and kids, sourced from across the globe, Styli aims to bring the latest in fashion to our customers! Styli are in the process of setting up our marketplace and E-Commerce business. The marketplace business would ensure that sellers can sell on the Styli platform. The E-Commerce business would ensure that sellers can sell on six other platforms across GCC, by becoming a seller with Styli. We want to find the ambitious selling partners, who align with our vision to scale across markets, and we are looking for the brightest account managers, who can spot these selling partners / brands and bring them to the Styli marketplace and e-commerce platform. The Account Manager will be an individual contributor to begin with and will be responsible for identifying, signing up, and managing relationships with brands to sell on the Styli platform and six additional platforms. This role will focus on expanding product offerings from selling partners and ensuring successful partnerships with key brands. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential brand partners to join our marketplace. • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Styli E-Commerce business. • Negotiate terms and agreements with brands to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. • Work with planning team to forecast performance per month against targets. Enable sellers to meet targets.
