The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling retail loss prevention, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing store policies, and driving overall store performance. Qualifications Proven expertise in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations and staff management Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences Effective Communication skills to coordinate with staff and address client needs Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention to protect store assets Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Prior experience in the beauty or salon industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field Requirements only female employee preferred Speaking english fluent
