Job Title: Sales Executive – Electrical Field Location: Chennai, Tiruvanmalli, Vellore, Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Electrical Reports To: Sales Manager or Regional Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the electrical field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electrical products and solutions, managing client relationships, and expanding market share within the assigned territory or sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical and energy sector. Promote and sell electrical products, components, or solutions (e.g., switchgear, cables, transformers, energy-saving devices). Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, electrical engineers, distributors, and end-users. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Provide after-sales support and resolve any client issues or concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product compatibility and support project execution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree , Business, or related field. 1+ years of sales experience in the electrical or industrial sector preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and technical specifications. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
