As a Business Development Manager at our organization, you will play a vital role in leading our expansion efforts and strengthening our presence within the overseas education sector. Your primary focus will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with recruitment partners, and promoting our services to prospective students, institutions, and partners. You will be instrumental in driving growth, conducting market research, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance student enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the international education domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners to foster collaboration. Promote the consultancy's services effectively to prospective students, institutions, and recruitment partners. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential partnerships. Plan and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and increase student enrollment. Participate in and organize educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. Collaborate closely with counseling, marketing, and admissions teams to optimize client acquisition and service delivery processes. Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present business development updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business, Marketing, International Relations, or Education. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the overseas education industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Familiarity with global education systems, with knowledge of destinations like the UK, Canada, and the USA being a plus. Preferred Skills: Understanding of visa processes and admission procedures for major study-abroad destinations. Multilingual abilities are considered an added advantage.
