About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct personalized career counselling sessions using psychometric assessments and available tools. 2. Assist students in shortlisting universities and academic programs abroad based on their career aspirations. 3. Guide students through admission processes, including SOP writing and scholarship applications. 4. Advise on visa procedures, documentation, IELTS preparation, and post-arrival support. 5. Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups through the CRM system. 6. Actively contribute to workshops, webinars, and other promotional or outreach events. Contract Basis: Rs. 500 - Rs. 1000 per counselling session (flexible, based on experience) Preferred method of contact is only by email. Familiarity with popular international education destinations such as Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, and Europe. 4. Proficient in using counselling technology platforms, CRMs, and various digital tools. 5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory); Master’s Degree preferred. 7. Relevant certification in career counselling or overseas education counselling is a significant advantage.
