As a Study Abroad Application Coordinator at Maven Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in managing university applications for various global destinations like the UK, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand. Your expertise in the Study Abroad or International Admissions domain will be utilized to oversee the application process efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle complete application filing for multiple global destinations - Liaise with students for document collection, SOPs, and academic records - Coordinate with university portals and internal systems for timely submissions - Track deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure error-free application processes - Stay updated with changing admission criteria, university requirements, and country-specific guidelines - Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless experience for students **Required Skills & Experience:** - 1+ years of experience in Study Abroad consulting or university admissions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines independently - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools This is a full-time position located onsite at the St. Marks Road office in Bangalore.
