We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in architectural design and will be responsible for contributing to various stages of project development, from concept to construction documentation. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with design principals from studio u+a office in UK and US, project managers, and other team members to work on development architectural designs. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents under guidance from Senior Architects in the India office. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. Assist in the preparation of project presentations including preoparation of 3D models of design projects and prepare rendered images. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design intent. Stay updated with the latest building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications will include: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. 4-6 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, or similar 3D design software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Google-Sketchup/ 3D model generating & rendering tools
