We are looking for a highly skilled retouching artist or face manipulation expert to closely match the facial features of one individual to a reference image. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in high-end portrait retouching, facial reshaping, or AI-based face editing tools. Responsibilities: - Analyze a reference portrait and adjust the second image to closely match facial structure, proportions, and overall likeness (up to 95% similarity). - Maintain realism and natural skin texture without over-smoothing or obvious artifacts. - Preserve lighting, composition, and original photo quality as much as possible. - Provide layered PSD or lossless output formats for revisions. - Optionally, utilize AI-based tools or models if manual matching isn't viable, ensuring realistic and high-quality results.
