Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Multilingual Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Tamil, and Kannada with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads. Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information in English, Tamil, and Kannada. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales quotas. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service in all three languages. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems an advantages. A results-oriented attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: · Data Entry: Accurately enter sales and purchase transactions into accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime). · Verification and Reconciliation: Verify the accuracy of sales and purchase invoices and ensure they are reconciled with relevant records. · Journal Entries: Prepare and post necessary journal entries related to sales, purchases, and other financial transactions. · Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies. · Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable (payments to suppliers) and accounts receivable (invoices to customers). · Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets. · Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. · Tax Returns: Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns. Additional Responsibilities (depending on the role): · Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels. · Cost Analysis: Analyze costs related to sales and purchases. · Budgeting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets. · Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. · Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth operations.
