Role Overview As our HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for attracting top talent, encouraging a high-performance culture, and developing people-centric strategies that align with our business goals. You'll work closely with our team to shape an empowering and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding • Drive recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing, and operations • Develop compelling job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring process • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfil staffing needs • Build employer branding initiatives to position Studio AsA as a preferred place to work People & Culture • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values Performance & Growth • Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams Compliance & HR Operations • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.) • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism Who You Are • A people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment • 5+ years of HR experience • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Company: Studio AsA Experience: 5+ years in HR (preferably in creative or design-driven environments) Type: Full-time
