Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Thane, Maharashtra Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects , especially skilled in working drawings and technical detailing . The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, coordinate with teams on-site, and contribute creatively to project execution. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and develop detailed working drawings , layouts, elevations, and GFC documentation Work on residential (flats, bungalows) and commercial (offices, clinics, retail) interior projects Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution Conduct site visits for supervision, quality checks, and project tracking Assist in material selection, mood boards , and conceptual design development Ensure projects are executed as per design intent and client expectations Prepare BOQs, specifications, and monitor project timelines Required Skills & Expertise: Design & Technical: Space Planning & Interior Layouts Construction & Working Drawings Custom Furniture & Cabinet Detailing Ceiling, Lighting, and Flooring Layouts Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape MEP Coordination (Basic) Execution & Site: On-Site Supervision Vendor/Contractor Coordination Project Timeline Monitoring Residential and Commercial Site Experience Quality Assurance and Material Checks Soft Skills: Excellent Communication & Client Handling Team Collaboration Attention to Detail Task & Time Management Problem Solving Immediate Joiner Preferred Software Knowledge: AutoCAD (Must) SketchUp (with V-Ray / Enscape) Adobe Photoshop (Presentations) MS Excel & Word (Documentation & BOQ) Benefits: Week off on Sundays and 2 Saturdays per month as per company policy Opportunity to work in a reputed firm under the guidance of experienced professionals Exposure to diverse projects and learning opportunities Growth path based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
