This is an exciting opportunity for both junior and senior team members to contribute to the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural and interior design projects within a collaborative and supportive environment. ### Responsibilities: *For Junior Team Members:* - Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and presentations. - Produce detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software and basic 3D modeling. - Assist in site analysis and contribute to the development of project briefs. - Stay current with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. - Participate in client meetings and presentations. *For Senior Team Members:* - Lead the development of design concepts and presentations, guiding junior team members. - Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring design integrity and compliance. - Conduct comprehensive site analyses and take the lead in developing project briefs. - Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the team. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting design solutions and managing client expectations. ### Qualifications: *For All applicants:* - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - 1+ years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design. - Proficiency in CAD software and basic 3D modeling tools. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A passion for design and eagerness to learn.
