The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including managing schedules, organizing and maintaining documentation, correspondence via phone and email, supporting executive team members, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities also include performing clerical duties, managing communication flows, and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, professional Communication skills Competency in Clerical Skills to manage documents, records, and organizational tasks Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Familiarity with basic office software and tools Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Previous administrative experience preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
