Key Responsibilities Contact schools via phone to introduce SWCC initiatives, programs, or events. Explain the purpose, benefits, and enrollment process clearly to school authorities. Collect and verify school details required for enrollment. Coordinate with the SWCC enrollment and operations team for documentation and approvals. Follow up with schools to ensure completion of registration formalities. Maintain accurate call records, responses, and status updates. Address basic queries from schools and escalate complex issues when required.
