This is a full-time, office-based opportunity for individuals who are committed to growth and long-term career development in the education industry. Key Responsibilities Speak with prospective students to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses Guide students over phone calls, emails, and video consultations Maintain follow-ups and track student progress in CRM or Excel Handle queries professionally and with care Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets Work closely with the team to improve processes and student experience Requirements 6 months+ experience in student counseling, telesales, customer service, or related roles Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Should own a laptop with a stable internet connection Must be able to work on-site in Trivandrum from 12 PM – 6 PM daily Committed to a full-time, long-term position (no students or part-timers) What We Offer Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 Attractive performance-based incentives Partial remote flexibility after office hours Training and support to succeed in your role Positive work culture and long-term growth opportunities Be part of a mission-driven team that’s changing lives through education.
